 Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are professional medical equipments manufacturer.
Q2. Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Weitun,Hebei Province, not far from China capital Beijing, with convenient transportation,  Airport and High Speed Railway in the future, You can fly to Beijing airport, and we will arrange people to meet you there. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q3. What are your trading terms?
1. L/C at sight
2.30% deposit by T/T, 70%balance by T/T before shipment;
3.To reduce customers’ risks, we accept customers to use Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo and packing design.
Q5: What’s your warranty policy?
A: We provide 2 year warranty for hospital beds & home nursing beds frame, one year for other spare parts. You just need to send
us pictures or videos of the damaged parts, and then we send new parts or compensation to you.
Q6: How can I get some samples?
A: We can provide you the samples but need you to pay the charges, as you know the sample cost is always much more expensive than
mass products. Usually sample cost is around 3 times than its own value, but it will be refund when we get your bulk order.
Q7: What’s your delivery time?
A:Usually,we make merchandise inventory, if we have the products in stock, the delivery time is7-15 days after receiving the
deposit; if we don’t have the products in stock, we will arrange the production right now , the delivery time will be 20-30 days,
that’s depends on the quantity of order.
Q8: What’s your MOQ order?
A: 1 pieces Acceptable.
